Built, installed, backed.

Built on more than 200 installs since 2019, across British Columbia. New projects: for custom homes, renovations and light commercial work, we take the architect’s drawings to the right European system, coordinate the engineering and manufacturing, and install with our own crew. Service: we keep high-performance windows and doors working, whoever installed them, on an aftercare plan or a one-off repair.

Aftercare plans

Keep them working the way they did on handover day.

Every visit is done by an experienced European fenestration technician, with your floors protected and every unit logged, photographed and reported.

Installed by someone else?We service systems we didn’t install. We catalogue 105 systems and work directly with the manufacturers behind them. Send photos and the make if you know it.
What we service
  • Multi-point locking and handle gear
  • Concealed and surface hinge replacement
  • Lift-slide rollers, tracks and drive gear
  • Concealed motor drives
  • Gaskets and weatherseals
  • Weep paths and drainage
  • Glass replacement in existing frames
  • Adjustment for sag, bind and air leakage

Every big repair starts as a small one.

Here is what wears first.

Rollers and carriages

A lift-and-slide sash can weigh 400 kg. Grit in the track grinds the rollers flat. Replacement carriages come from Europe, and a seized one can mean weeks with a door that will not open.

Every visitTracks, sills and frames detail cleaned. Rollers and running track checked.

Drainage and gaskets

Blocked weeps and dried gaskets are how water gets past a sill. A leak inside a wall is found late and fixed at great expense.

Every visitWeep paths and drainage flushed and tested. Gaskets inspected and conditioned.

Hardware and alignment

European hardware is adjustable for a reason. A sash that drops a few millimetres wears its gaskets and locks every time it closes.

Every visitHardware lubricated to the manufacturer’s spec. Sash adjusted for even gasket compression.
Manufacturer warranties generally exclude wear caused by missed maintenance. Our dated reports are your maintenance record.

Every unit opened, closed, locked and logged with photos, on every visit.
